Need dinner reservations or a golf tee time? We can help you with spa packages, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, or whatever your needs might be. Our very attentive staff is at your service to ensue your Carmel stay is a relaxing and memorable experience.

Our hotels response to how we are handling COVID -19 to protect our guests and staff.

 

We are trying to do everything we can within our power to protect your health and the health of our team. We have listed a few changes to your hotel stay experience. Behind the scenes we have taken a lot more action and planning to provide the safest experience we can for you during your stay.

Hand sanitizer is provided around the property at each elevator door, pool area, parking garage, lobby, and other high touch areas of the hotel.

A Few Notable Changes to Guest Services

 

Upon Check-in.

We are offering a minimal touch check-in upon arrival. Guests will be provided a freshly sanitized pen to register. Our lobby entry door will remain open during office hours to limit the use of door handles. If you do use the door or any surfaces of concern, rest assured we have a hands free hand sanitizer dispenser in our lobby for your convenience.

 

Breakfast

Breakfast will not be offered at this time. We have a selection of restaurants in the village that are open for your convenience during your stay. You are welcome to enjoy take out dining on your patio or balcony.

 

Limited Hotel Services

A selection of in-room amenities have been removed from our guest rooms in response to COVID -19.

 

In-Room coffee and tea have been removed from our guest rooms.

 

Ice. If you would like an ice bucket and fresh ice our guest services host will deliver a fresh bag of ice and bucket to your room.

 

Guest Stationary, magazines, and local guest services book have been removed from the rooms as well. All items are available at the front desk upon request and we will be happy to provide any of them to you. Please feel free to take these home with you as we will not reuse them.

 

Providing individually wrapped disposable cups. Single stay toiletries.

 

Lastly a few decorative items and bedding decor pillows in your room have been removed as well.

 

Daily Room Cleaning Service

During your stay daily room cleaning service will be not be provided unless requested. We will deliver to your door or room entry fresh linen and towels, toiletries, and any other items you need replenished.

 

Rest assured between each guest stay all rooms and high touch points have been sanitized and vacant for a period of time to protect each guest use of the room.

 

Personal Dry Sauna

The Dry Sauna is temporary closed.

 

Check-Out

If you prefer to limit your contact with our team, there's no need for you to stop by the front desk to check out. Please just leave the room key on a table or nightstand in your room and we will email your receipt.
